Rev. Troy Ayers and 30 young adults traveled to Brunswick for the 2nd year. They conducted the exterior remodeling of a home for a young, single mom. They installed vinyl siding, built new front and rear porches, and did roof repair. Despite the heat index 0f 120 degrees the group did an amazing job as they performed the work of Christ by serving our fellow man.
Vacation Bible School was a wonderful experience for over 110 children this year. It was 3 days of fun-filled adventures for both kids and adults. Miss Marcie would like to thank all the volunteers, teachers, parents, and donors for helping make this an opportunity for worship and fellowship for our HFUMC children. It was a fun and relaxing weekend that brought families together.
July 11-16 is Mission week for the HFUMC youth .
Come join us as we unite with First Baptist to repair homes in Hart Co.
We will end the week with a rafting trip.
