Sorry you haven’t heard from me in a few days. Things have been really crazy! We left Rome early yesterday and drove to Sorrento! It was hard for all of to get going because we really tried to see as much of Rome as possible! Beautiful, BUSY place We visited Vatican City…oh how beautiful it was! St Peter’s was incredible. I don’t have the words to express the beauty of it all! After spending the day in Rome, we took a night bus tour around the city and went BACK to Vatican City to see it lit up. Absolutely GORGEOUS!

We spent the night in Sorrento last night. We stayed in a very unusual place, to say the least! This morning we literally RAN to the pier to catch a ferry to the island of Capri. While there, we took a boat ride around the island to see the caves. The water was SO ROUGH, we were all pretty much soaked through by the time we got back to the pier. The water was beautiful, but it was COLD!!

We have had wonderful guides and have seen some incredible sights. But I think we are all ready to come home!

Colin and Clay Miller have pretty much been our entertainment crew. Colin can imitate our host guide perfectly! I do believe this has been a WONDERFUL experience for these young people!
