Prayer Campaign Week #4
This begins an exciting week as we decide which prayer gathering to attend. Here will learn about the future of our church and how it is dependent on the elimination of our debt. We have been blessed in many ways as a result of the “Windows of Opportunity.” Please pray for our church and our efforts in the weeks to come.

An Evening with Jim Gibson
HFUMC would like to say thank you to Jim Gibson, solo pianist from Atlanta, who entertained us last night. A master of improvisational arrangements, Jim has a repertoire ranging from jazz to Broadway melodies. The audience enjoyed music by Stephen Foster, Irving Berlin and Johnny Mercer(to name just a few) with favorites such as Somewhere Over the Rainbow, What a Wonderful World, Swanee River, Phantom of the Opera, Moon River, and Shall We Gather at the River.
Listening to Jim’s beautiful renditions is like drinking cool spring water on a hot summer day, refreshing to the body and spirit. We are fortunate to be part of a church that provides such quality programming.
Come back to see us any time, Jim. We would love to hear you again.
